Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the vintage garment in its original packaging, ensuring the authorization code is clearly marked on the exterior of the box or included inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our curators inspect the item to confirm its condition, we will issue your digital store credit or process your exchange within 48 hours.
